Mike Catt
Mike Catt has been playing for London Irish since 2004, having spent twelve years playing for Bath, where he notched up 220 games and 64 tries. A talented ball player and kicker, he has been capped 65 times by England and played a key role in the country's Rugby World Cup winning squad in Australia in 2003 - most notably in the second half against Wales, and was the last man to touch the ball in that tournament with the boot into touch that ended the game. He was awarded an MBE in November 2003 for his part in that success. He also played for the British and Irish Lions in 2001.Widely regarded as one of the best strategists in the game, Mike has the ability, whether playing at fly half or inside centre, to influence the outcome of a game quickly and dramatically. Mike has started 47 games for London Irish and scored four tries. He was named Guinness Premiership Player of the season in 2005/6 and has just earned a recall to the England Squad for the Six Nations.
